Bedtime Blogging

Posted on February 10, 2007February 8, 2008 by Jolene

Why do I always attempt to blog about the days event at the very last minute, just before I decide to finally sleep?

And by finally sleep I mean like 3am. But it’s strange that I’m sleeping more and feeling tired easily when I am back home as compared to when I am in Kedah.

These past few days have been very eventful. Heck, my entire week has been eventful. EVERYDAY also meet up with friends, EVERYDAY also got 56k killer worth of photos to share. Don’t know how lah seriously. Somemore today’s post is going to be a text-only entry because I won’t be able to come online for the next two days as I’m going back to Malacca for my family’s company dinner(My aunty’s house only has dial up. My aunty said she wants wireless but she doesn’t want streamyx. LOL. Yes, we’ve been trying our best to teach her alot more about the internet ever since.) and I’m spending the whole day in the bus to Kedah from Malacca on Sunday.

Damn tired.

I’ve also grown accustomed to be with my Dahlings almost everyday. I’m gonna miss Esther and Abby so much! Amanda, Liss, Min Dee and Chien too! But I see Esther and Abby so much more. It’s such a sad feeling that I can’t just go over to their place and drag them out whenever I feel like it?

At least Mel is home for a WHOLE year. 😀 And Mun Teng is also here.:) The three of us will still have a blast right?

I really really enjoyed spending time with the girls I spent my formative years with. We just don’t hold anything back and do what we like in front of each other(you don’t wanna know.) and then laugh like hyenas about it after that.

And needless to say, these two weeks saw me going in and out of almost every single mall there is. It’s crazy. I’ve never shopped so much in ages. I have so many new things. Hahah. But didn’t get to buy myself a skirt or a pair of pants. But I got a pair of beautiful shoes. Photos later!

And the COMPULSORY trip to Sg. Wang was today(Friday). The clothes there are seriously seriously beautiful for this season(it’s like gambling, see if you’re lucky or not. If you’re unlucky, the clothes are so fugly) and we’ve only just discovered the beauty of the 6th floor.

But.. poor Mel’s purse got lost when we were only browsing around the third shop. To cut a long story short, go read Mel’s blog.

Just that sometimes, miracles do happen. Even though it’s RM200 less of a miracle but a miracle none-the-less.

Despite our painful efforts to trudge to TWO bloody police stations(photos later. I’m too tired.) the police, as expected, will probably never get around to solving such a petty case. Would you believe that the headquarters in KL will not tend to petty crimes such as ours? But will only accept rape and murder cases? Or anything equally serious. Crazy one.

However, I wonder how in the world her wallet ended up on a shelf selling computer books in MPH. My theory is that the thief must have thought that people who read computer books are intellectual.(which explains WHY MPH as well) and will be civilized enough to return the wallet.

Such good news though. Poor Mel was so so upset. It was such an adventure though.

OH OH OH!!!!!!!!!

How can I forget to share my latest good news..

As I was walking past the KL Sentral Monorail ticket-gate thing, Nien called me. She told me that she was standing in front of the notice board outside the school of dentistry and asked me for my student ID. No so that she could check my results for me. I was like, “NO!! Please..I’ll come back and see myself.” I hung up the phone, and was damn nervous.

After a few minutes, I decided oklah, fark it lah, just get it over and done with. So I called her and she told me that I passed EVERYTHING WITH ONE DISTINCTION!!

I’m so happy. SO SO happy.

I knew I didn’t put that much effort into the exam this time around. Found it quite hard to believe that I got a distinction for one of the papers. Microbiology somemore!!

I even created my own bacteria for goodness sake. They wanted Prevotella(?) and Porphyromonas.. I remembered that the bacterias’ names started with P.. and I simply a P word. Purinosa.

I’ve no idea what Purinosa is. It doesn’t even exist. But how my classmates laughed at me. LOL.

BUT I’M HAPPY!! YAY!!

Second year of dentistry..so far so good:D

And the night before, remember how I lost my blog entry which made me really angry hence the many profanities?

I was blogging about following Esther to the dentist after getting my checkup at another dentist.(Dental Clinic Hopping)

Her dentist kindly explained to me everything that he was doing and I could understand!!! I’m so happy. 😀
I AM going down the right track.

Do I sound schizophrenic to you guys?;\

lol.. well.. yes and no.. the problem with me blogging late at night is usually i’m more contemplative and emotional. lol

jo: i guess that makes sense. haha. but it’s more of a procrastination for me.:P I’ve reached an all new level of procrastination. I procrastinate things that I do when I usually procrastinate studying. do i make sense ar?;P
