I Don’t Think It’s Something To Laugh About Anymore

Posted on May 7, 2008 by Jolene

I don’t know if I have blogged about this before(this is what happens when you have been blogging for over 4 years) but I have this terrible memory from my childhood that I enjoyed entertaining my friends with, mainly for the shock factor.

Being older now, I think it’s actually a very serious crime. I should have sent the mother fucker to jail while I still could. I’ve been reading reports about pedophiles and I didn’t quite understood my position in this issue but I view it differently now, I realise that I was actually a victim of something bad.

When I was 8 years old, my mother, who is a piano teacher, put up an ad in the papers to advertise her piano classes. A guy by the name of Adrian, who is a Chindian and was about 21 years old called up and expressed his interest.

Wait, actually I think I DID blog about this before. But I just suddenly feel troubled by it so I’ll get it off my chest anyway.

He dropped by my house, hoping to meet my mother but she wasn’t in. My brother, my maid and myself were alone at home. He asked if he could use the toilet and my maid agreed to let him into the house. At this point, alarm bells would already ring in anyone’s head. You don’t let a stranger(even more so a MALE stranger) into the house when you’re just a bloody maid. So he was in the toilet and he shouted out to my maid that he had wet himself and could she please pass him a towel to dry himself.

She passed the towel to me and asked me to bring it to him. Looking back, I’m starting to feel really angry towards my maid. How could she have subjected me to such danger?!

So I walked to the back of my house, where the toilet is and saw him inside the storeroom (which is next to the bathroom).

He was standing there, naked from the waist down.

I was shocked lah. Forgive the racial implications, but I was beyond horrified when I saw that huge black dick in front of me.
I found it weird but I didn’t know that it was a wrong thing to do.

He then asked me to wipe it for him with the towel and I did. Sort of like dried it with the towel.

While I’m honestly fortunate that he didn’t do anything else but what he did was bad enough. You don’t ask an 8 year old child to wipe your dick for you.

My friends asked me if I told my parents, but I didn’t until it was really late. (10 years old to mum, 13 years old to dad).

When the guy left, I washed my hand and scrubbed it thoroughly, feeling very very grossed out.

I did tell my maid right after that though. But I remember she was angry at the guy for showing his dick to me and making me wipe it (she said she glared at him when she saw him at the post office a week or two after that) but we would laugh about how big and black it is from time to time.

Now, this is the totally fucked up part. How come she didn’t tell my parents about it for me?! She knew that I was a child and I wouldn’t be able to differentiate right from wrong and yet she didn’t do anything to protect my innocence.

I bet she was afraid that her head would roll if my parents knew about it. I can report the guy to the police one right?

This is the downside to having a maid at home. Your children are in perpetual danger. I’ve had maids who couldn’t care less what we did outside of the house. My brother fell into a 6 foot drain and he got stuck half way. Damn scary. He also fell off the back of my bike before, face flat on the tar road.

Thinking of the things my brother and I used to do as kids, I can’t possibly imagine allowing my child to do the same. My heart would drop if I see my daughter or son climb the stairs on the OTHER side of the banister. Arghh! Or sitting on top of the gate or the pillars outside our house. I think I’ll be an anal mother. 🙁

I would definitely fire a maid who allows a stranger into the house.

    This is my dilemma.

I don’t want to subject my wife to any kind of housework (yes I intend to spoil her), but I don’t like having an outsider in my house with access to the keys and locks and children.

Here’s hoping those robotic servants are good and ready to roll by say… 2018?

I don’t remember reading this before wor… so i don’t think u blogged abt it before..

but good grief.. this is scary.. to be honest, reading this you kind of reminded me of a similar thing that I encountered as a kid.. like you said, you were unaware and i was rather ignorant at that point of time.. though, looking back, i think it did make me feel uncomfortable and well, i took provisions to avoid getting into the same situation.. but my situation was nothing close to being as serious as yours!!
